She has Master degree in the field of international relations from Nicholas Copernicus University in Toruń. While working in Regional Centre for International Debate (network managed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland) affiliated to University of Economy in Bydgoszcz, she was responsible for organizing conferences, seminars, lectures, debates and preparing workshops on European and international issues, cooperating with authorities, Consular Corps, NGOs, entrepreuners and opinion-forming bodies. She organised and coordinated more than 500 training projects in total, attended by more than 10,000 people. She is also postgraduate in project management and has over 4 years’ expierence in project execution. As a Programme Board Member of Integration and Cooperation Association in Toruń, she has prepared panel discussions concerning current situation and global trends on Welconomy Forum. Participant of many meetings, seminars and workshops both at national and international level. Author of the book „Structure and Functioning of Europen External Action Service”. She is mainly interested in external relations of European Union and place marketing as a tool for the development of cities, regions and countries.
